Sharply offers subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) with a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Refunds are handled at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute Sharply content; (b) scrape or automate access to the Service; (c) share account credentials; (d) use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal.
All models, algorithms, content, and software on Sharply are proprietary and owned by Sharply. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data or analysis. Sports betting involves significant financial risk.
Sharply shall not be liable for any gambling losses, financial losses, or damages arising from use of the Service. Your use of our analysis for betting purposes is entirely at your own risk.
